First episode of Under Exposure starring Luke Sirimongkhon is finally out!
Roll 01 is a journey into the the artistic work of Luke Sirimongkhon, American photographer based in Los Angeles, California. Luke explores photography as a medium to develop his wildest visions and to experiment and have fun with his network of LA friends. His creative process underlines the importance of working as a team, where collaboration between the different expertise and art departments is key, and the work environment resembles an inspired family of friends who enjoy playing together.
It is by challenging his own limits, and not comparing himself to the work of other photographers, that Luke finds his path to telling original stories and building sceneries that can inspire thought, and cultural change.
Under Exposure is a series of short documentaries created over 2020 and 2021 in partnership with Tumbleweed Films, a team of talented filmmakers based between Venice, Italy and Venice, LAThe series explores photographers who focus on the importance of themes such as traditions, culture, people and the landscape, following them on the field as they search for their subjects, establish relationships and explore those places and contexts they care for, living and understanding the process and the passion behind their pictures.
